Mydrasa is building a learning ecosystem where tutors can exercise their values, students can progress their learning objectives, and parents can help their children make informed decisions.

Mydrasa offers the following services as part of its phase one launch:

· Live Tutoring: One-on-one, or group live sessions, either as a study groups, or weekly reviews,

· Webinars: Addressing larger groups of students,

· Video Lessons: Recorded lessons covering very specific KPI and learning objective, composed out of short videos, summary, documents, focused questions, notes, mind maps, and much more.

Education Valley – mydrasa partner for British and American curriculums – is looking for Tutors in the following domains to offer the mentioned mydrasa services:

· Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Combined)

· Math (Pure, Mechanics, Statistics)

· Languages (Arabic, English, Spanish, French, German)

· Business (Business, Economics, Accounting)

· Technology (ICT, Computer Science, Design)

· Social (Geography, History, Psychology)

Tutors will be required to provide the above-mentioned services via mydrasa platform.

Tutors will be requested to register into mydrasa platform for initial screening.

Tutors will undergo shortlisting procedures including but not limited to:

1. Documentation and certification validation to grant applicants mydrasa account,

2. Online interview for candidates looking for live tutoring,

3. Top talented profiles will be selected by mydrasa team to provide special services against additional compensation and will be included in mydrasa marketing campaign.

Applicants are expected to present proof for their academic achievements and ongoing experiences relevant to the subjects they would like to tutor on mydrasa.

As a multi-culture environment, tutors are expected to work in a collaborative, respect, and dignity with all members of mydrasa team, other tutors, and freelancers from all around the globe.

· Excellent communication skills with proven ability to keep students well engaged throughout online sessions

· Present multicultural awareness and show respect to role differences, including those based on religion, gender, race, age, language, and socioeconomic status.

· Ability to attract and boost positive energy to students through every interaction and eliminate negativity and anxiety

· Attention to details and eagerness for high quality and continuous improvement

· Eager learner with a willingness to try new concepts and methods for enhanced deliverables

· Self-starter with entrepreneurship passion.

· Research, plan, and develop outstanding online content in line with the listed subjects using mydrasa tools.

· Break down and logically explain topics in a student-friendly and engaging way.

· Use your teaching experience to identify and address common misconceptions.

· Meet mydrasa’s requirements for clarity, accuracy, quality, style, and functionality.

· Produce engaging lessons, including video contents that are accessible to students from a wide range of backgrounds and variant preferences

· Respond to live tutoring requests and schedule group sessions to keep students engaged

· Receive and act upon constructive feedback through our content review process.

· Abide by mydrasa’s terms and conditions, processes, procedures, and meet all health and safety requirements.
